What's  the Instrumentation Control Association Japan

The Instrumentation Control Association Japan is an association which was established in 1952 and authorized as a corporation (non-profit organization) in 1955, and aims at promoting survey and research, popularization and enlightenment, and improvement of technology with respect to measurement control, and contributing to development of the country. Members are constituted of users and manufacturers of measuring instruments and regional associations of instrumentation control. Taking the opportunity when the Measurement Law was revised in 1993, the Association puts the weight on public relations and dissemination of the New Measurement Law and is positively offering up-to-date information or assisting practical use of the new measurement system, etc. toward establishment, arrangement and settlement of the new measurement situation such as newly established measurement standard supply system, specified manufacturing workshop system, appropriate measurement control workshop system, etc.

  1. "Instrumentation Control" as an association journal
    The Association issues "Instrumentation Control" as an association journal. It has 47 years' history and is actually used as the most reliable news source on the field of measurement.

  2. Promotion of proper measurement control
    We are carrying out dissemination of proper measurement control represented by "Certified Measurer" system.

  3. Dissemination of the Japan Calibration Service System
    We promote to enlarge conformity assessment system and accreditation system in our country asuch as JCSS.
